Ahh! I got my @curlsandconfidence December box & it includes products that I've heard great things about. There is a phrase inside the box that reads "back to basics all natural and pure hair care". Well, let's just say that when I smelled the castor oil from @kymnylz, it took me waaaay back to basics. It reminded me of my childhood. My mom used to give me an occasional tablespoon of castor oil for detoxing purposes, LOL. Y'all Latinos know what I'm talking about. I really had no idea that castor oil was great for the skin! I only learned that after receiving this box. Apparently, castor oil prevents wrinkles, too! Way to go, @kymnylz! I'm definitely going to try to use it in that manner now that I'm grown & don't have my mom chasing me around with a table spoon *rolls eyes*. This month's box also includes two products from @Locsuria: one detangler/leave-in and one smoothe & shine edge control. Both smell sooooo good! Can't wait to try. Last but not least, the box came with 3 items from @londonivyproducts: coconut aloe intense moisture replenishing spritz, black soap (moisturizing body wash & shampoo), and Babassu honey (moisture rich deep conditioner). I've heard that the Babassu honey is quite fab. I haven't had the chance to try all of these products just yet but trust & believe that when I do, y'all will hear what my thoughts are. I have to say that @curlsandconfidence is really cool. I used to subscribe to Birchbox & although they occasionally include hair products as well, I never received anything like this. @CurlsAndConfidence strictly caters to natural hair. Each month you receive a box consisting of natural hair products. Yeah, that gets my attention more than any other type of subscription.
